Definition: The word education is look like a simple word but have so many meanings according to the person its have meaning of life, Treasures of life, pride of life, manners of life their are so many beautiful words to describe the beauty of education. But I am here to described about education system which is given by us.
Education System : Being a teacher(Tuition Teacher), I always have complain about education system because when I taught my students, I saw the irresponsibility of school the knowledge they give to student is either by rattafication system or by humiliating a student in front of whole class like this a teachers never made a successful student or person but the irony is some teachers never understand it. Their routine are to came school on right time to pleased school management system and finished their duty as home work, no yaar this is not right its not only a duty its a responsibility because you create someone’s foundations once a foundation is weakened then the whole life of student or person is spend to sparing those foundation and the time is wasted as you know time is precious. School Management load burden on teachers because they treat a teacher as object and these burden is passing towards the student in the form of education now everyone after that now everyone free from their duties but students is struggled by overdosage of syllabus or home work without clearing a concept. And the cycle is begin like this and continued. There are many other problem also that we can discussed but i want to wrap my words here….
Conclusion: When I perusing a master’s degree i had started tuition class from 8th to 12th for Science and Math(till 10th) on that i am flabbergasted that children are facing problems due to lack of knowledge. They are actually lagging behind the class they study in, that means their concepts are not clear, that is why they are like this. Well, there are many shortcomings in our schooling system like this. This is my opinion and if you like it then take it as opinion that this is the responsibility of all educated and intellectual mind’s people to take the class for the younger if possible please give some time to the students of their respective area don’t wait for the retirement that after a retirement we do it as social work do this as duty for the sake of young generation. At least take a class in a week because our curriculum is good enough to educate the young generation. The young generation doesn’t know about the professionalism so its a gentle remind to the responsible people to guide a new word generation about the professionalism.
